In the first 90 days post-launch, we collected and analyzed 3,847 customer conversations across support tickets, app reviews, surveys, and user interviews. We identified 8 critical issues, prioritized and shipped fixes for the top 5, and measured a +22 point NPS improvement. Our feedback loop reduced battery complaints by 68%, fixed the #1 reported bug (syncing), and added the most-requested feature (silent alarm). Customer satisfaction jumped from 3.8β to 4.6β .

VitalMetrics Pro+ launched in May 2025 as a $299 sleep & recovery tracking ring. Initial launch was successful (25K units sold in 90 days), but customer feedback revealed critical issues affecting satisfaction and retention. This analysis covers the first 90 days post-launch (May-July 2025) and the feedback loop that drove rapid product improvements.

How we responded to top customer issues with measurable results:
The Problem:
847 users reported sleep data not syncing to app. Root cause: Bluetooth connection dropping during large data transfers. Users had to manually re-pair device.
The Fix & Impact:
Implemented chunked data transfer + automatic retry logic. Support tickets mentioning "sync" dropped 82% (from 187/week to 34/week). App rating improved 0.3β .
The Problem:
623 users complained battery lasting 4-5 days vs advertised 7 days. Heart rate sensor polling too frequently, draining battery unnecessarily.

The Problem:

This analysis uses synthetic data modeling realistic post-launch feedback patterns. The dataset represents 3,847 pieces of customer feedback collected over 90 days (May-July 2025) across 6 channels: Support tickets (2,145), App store reviews (847), In-app surveys (521), User interviews (45), Social media (189), Sales calls (100).
Analysis methodology: Sentiment analysis performed using Python NLTK/TextBlob with manual validation. Theme extraction via keyword matching + manual tagging.
